Week 10: Run 4

I am so freaking proud of myself. I ran 16 miles on Saturday, I didn't have to walk. At. All. My calves were killing me, but I ran through it, and the pain came back and I ran with it.

I think I can do this thing. I really do.

Tonight: 5 miles.
