Week 11: Run 2

Actual: 8
RPE: 22

Ok, it wasn't 22, but I was in some serious, serious pain for my entire run. It felt like my calf muscles were ripping out of my legs. Which, to say the least, was unpleasant.

I finished though. I didn't want to. But I did.
